Adjust MR targets back after further review

Follow up from !26 (merged)

After further investigation of large MRs on .com our original MR target in our test data is much closer to a large MR so we're going to revert back to it. While not as realistic as we'd like it's the best example we have in numbers that's closest to large MRs today.
