GPT 2.0.0 - Group, Projects and User test changes

  • Adds in a normal api_v4_groups test with the owned flag to lock it down to the specific user and test data for GPT.
  • api_v4_projects_pagination_offset becomes api_v4_projects because this is the default request for projects. Leaving api_v4_projects_pagination_keyset test to compare it with api_v4_projects. Both tests now using the owned flag.
  • Environment config now has the username added to the main environment config beside URL and outside of the large project config.
