Enhance commit checks for the opinionated data

Nailia Iskhakova (OOO) requested to merge add-check-for-horizontal-data into master

With the new opinionated data, we need to ensure that both horizontal and vertical data is generated properly. This MR adds 2 tests to check the data to prevent merging any braking changes to the data.
