Clean up the documentation

Nailia Iskhakova (OOO) requested to merge various-docs-improvements into master

The MR streamline the docs and fixes MD lint issues:

  • Fixed lint issues in Git-related docs
  • Updated GPT Data Generator docker image to use the Docker Hub repo in the docs
  • Added a small note for manual import of the large projects - users need to update project's description with version number otherwise test_supported_by_gpt_data check will fail -> docs/environment_prep.md#L532
  • Added an initial markdownlint job if the changes were made to the /docs - closes #263 (closed)
