gitlab-org/gitlab#211710 (closed) was closed after the improvements were made with the branches pagination and the new gitlab-org/gitlab#322737 (closed) was created. The MR updates the link to the issue and thresholds.

Looking at the historical data 800ms threshold should be correct.
