Switch Web list tests to main tab

Grant Young requested to merge gy-adjust-web-list-tests into master

Our Web list tests are currently aiming at the All tab. This is incorrect in hindsight as the tests should all be hitting the default page. Testing additional tabs should be in new tests strictly.
