The MR adds Container Scanning for both GPT and GPT Data Generator docker images and Dependency Scanning. Configured to run only on MR pipelines.

Also updating addressable gem version to resolve vulnerability found in the first Dependency scanning run.

Example of vulnerability report when tested against old GPT Data Generator version - job and report.
