Correct Github repository owner for upstream k6

Paul Balogh requested to merge javaducky/performance:javaducky/update-k6-reponame into main

Dockerfile.gpt pulls the Github release for the k6 binary using the old repository owner name, k6io. As of June 2021, k6 is part of Grafana Labs and should use the new owner name, grafana. Things are working at this time because there is still a redirection in place for k6io/k6 to grafana/k6.
