Gy k6 tweaks

Grant Young requested to merge gy-k6-tweaks into master

Changes 2 areas for k6 tests:

  • Adds a modifier to git_ls_remote test to reduce it's RPS to 2% of what the main RPS target is. This is due to the Git endpoints being used way less in real environments to the amount of 2% compared to normal APIs according to at least one customer.
  • Adds a user agent to the k6 tests to help with load balancing on new environments
