Add stack trace blob to report and dry run option

Nailia Iskhakova (OOO) requested to merge add-stacktrace-to-report into master

Adding stack trace snippet to handover report table. Also adding new option --dry-run to be able to generate report locally. Could be used for debugging or adjusting the text before publishing it.

Additionally made small tweaks to resolve few rubocop warnings.
