Pause generation if response is error

Nailia Iskhakova requested to merge wait-and-pause-after-error into main

Add waiting time for requests if response from instance was with error. To allow environment to catch up if it's overwhelmed in long running generation session.

Breaking change - requirement to specify gitlab.url instead of gitlab.api_url.
