Fix capitalization of "merge request"

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes the capitalization of "merge request." Capital M if it's the first word in a sentence; r is never capitalized.

Spotted in Adding notifier for community file touches (!1716 - merged) (FYI, @stingrayza) and I realized it had been a while since I'd looked at the messages here. A few had crept back in.

(@phikai, I'm still keeping an eye out - am trying to keep the bad capitalization from taking over again.)
