What does this MR do and why?

With this MR I'd like to add myself to the weekly Community Contribution MR report so that I also get notified and, hopefully, can help out the Team reaching out to other contributors seeking help 🙂

Expected impact & dry-runs

The dry run for the changed triage policy should also contain a /cc to my handle (@zillemarco).
