Allow to run team summary for specific teams
What does this MR do and why?
- Add a
PeopleSet#slug
method - Allow to run team summary for specific teams. This is useful to enable a specific policy for a specific group or stage.
- In this MR, we're enabling the team summary at the
gitlab-org
level for the groupeditor extensions group, as requested in gitlab-org/quality/engineering-productivity/team#358 (comment 1723024857).
Expected impact & dry-runs

See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops/-/tree/master/doc/scheduled#testing-policies-with-a-dry-run on how to perform dry-runs for new policies.
See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops/-/blob/master/doc/reactive/best_practices.md#use-the-sandbox-to-test-new-processors on how to make sure a new processor can be tested.
