What does this MR do and why?

Update channel name qa-master to e2e-run-master

The channel name has been updated as of E2E test reporting channel & structure auditing (gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering/team-tasks#2792 - closed) so in order to continue to get reports, we need to update the channel name here.
