Raise unlabelled issue triage packages to a dedicated project
It's now possible to raise triage package issues to a different project than the project being queried:
We have the ability to raise triage packages to a dedicated project for them to reduce polluting the actual issue tracker.
The new, target project has already been created:
Here we start with the daily unlabelled triage package issue. We could also migrate the team triage packages to use this project too
