Updates the monthly procedure a tad

  • Adds a blurb informing the user to modify the dates as necessary
    • We have guideance in or procedure about when to do things, this should be handled beforehand to avoid any scrambles
  • Adds the specific command required for checking sync
  • Rids of a section about notifying our channel, this can be done via the links in this issue, or from the tag notifications provided to the channel
