Include the security remote during a security release

Robert Speicher requested to merge rs-security-remote-for-security-release into master

During a security release, it makes sense to push to both Security and Build when working with a RemoteRepository.

This should have prevented an issue such as gitlab-com/gl-infra/delivery#1176 (closed).
