What does this MR do and why?

While reviewing the CI config file, I didn't get why we'd use smoke-main:gprd-cny for the smoke run against production, so I thought it might be a mistake.

This MR aims to start a discussion as there's probably a reason for the smoke-main:gprd-cny naming?
