Adjust patch release template file names

What does this MR do and why?

With the new patch release process, we can remove the now unused patch.md.erb template and rename the newer templates to make a bit more sense.

In this MR we:

  • Remove unused templates/patch.md.erb
  • Rename templates/patch_multi_version.md.erb to templates/patch.md.erb
  • Rename templates/patch_release_multi_version_blog_post_template.html.md.erb to templates/patch_release_blog_post_template.html.md.erb
