What does this MR do?

Updates security template with the latest steps:

  • Clarifies the repositories RM should work on.
  • Specifies which tasks should be changed depending of the type of security release (Critical or regular)
  • Specifies how to verify auto-deploy branches are synced across repositories.
  • Specifies QA task is automatically generated twice, one for the auto-deploy build and another one for tagged release.
  • Specifies auto-deploy branches should also be manually synced
  • Fixes minor typos
