Rename auto-deploy:* CI jobs

Robert Speicher requested to merge rs-rename-auto-deploy-jobs into master

This brings parity between the CI job names, the Rake task names, and the scheduled task descriptions.

I noticed while watching @marin's auto-deploy run-through video that the CI job for the auto_deploy:tag task name confusingly said auto-deploy:trigger.
