Drop release channel term from internal releases doc

Releases channels are a term for experimental channels that can include experimental features or bleeding-edge technology. This term is used as part of the Delivery strategy https://about.gitlab.com/direction/saas-platforms/delivery/#release-channels-on-com.

The channels for internal releases refer the package servers:

  • Private channel (pre-relese package server) - Where patch packages are published after tagging. This is a private channel where Dedicated fetches packages in case of an emergency release
  • Public channel (packages.gitlab.com) - Where patch packages are pushed when the patch is published. Dedicated fetches packages from this channel on regular maintenance windows.

This commit drops the "Release channel" term from internal releases to remove confusion.
