Bump to 0.10.6.1, rename, update info, add CHANGELOG

Prepare to publish the gem in RubyGems.

I didn't rename everything, but I've read that the root .rb file should have the same name as the name of the gem.

I guess we should have company acc on RubyGems?
It seems like I don't have access (nothing in 1pass), so can't push it.
