Remove reference duration from test metadata table

What does this MR do and why?

The "Reference duration" row in the "Test metadata" table is confusing now that we report slowness occurrences in a separate note.

This MR does two things:

  • Remove the "Reference duration" row from the "Test metadata" table
  • Add the test runtime duration to the slowness report items
