• Only process the number of commits specified by BATCH_LIMIT

How to set up and validate locally

Please follow the same steps as in this MR: !117 (merged) except for the file passed to --unstable_specs_file, use this instead:

unstable_specs_multiple_per_file.json

Note that you might want to change all links to failure_issue in the json file to one in your fork of the gitlab project.
