cargo: Update to magnus 0.6.0

Magnus has released v0.6.0 which contains the commits we were relying on to support inheritance and many changes around accessing Ruby types.

Update Cargo.toml to use the new release for it and bstr, and pull in patch version updates for remaining dependencies.
