Index which unicode_version a character was introduced on

Gabriel Mazetto requested to merge brodock/emoji-unicode-version into main

This vendors the database from : https://github.com/MadLittleMods/emoji-unicode-version (MIT License).

This will help us get coverage for existing gemojione index, but we will need to figure our own way to index this in the future as the project doesn't an up-to-date database (stops in 11.0)
