Added an intro to ZAP in the DAST section

Craig Smith requested to merge add_zap_to_dast_instructions into master

ZAP is a key component of DAST and so it's useful for DAST engineers to get early exposure to it. Here I've added a simple task to download ZAP, install and run RailsGoat, then using ZAP run a Passive Scan against RailsGoat.
