Export cacert.DefaultBundlePath constant
What does this MR do?
This MR exports the cacert.DefaultBundlePath constant because the following MR needs to pass a --cacert <path-to-cert-file> argument to the retire.js analyzer, so instead of duplicating and hardcoding the cacert.defaultBundlePath value inside the analyzer, it would be better to refer to the single source of truth in the common lib.
