Change default profile to Empty for DAST API configuration file

Michael Eddington requested to merge mike-dast-api-update into master

Set the DefaultProfile for each profile defined in configuration file to Empty instead of Quick. This will make sure the profile is created from an empty start instead of overriding an existing default.
