Add testdata and fixtures directories to DS_EXCLUDED_PATHS
What does this MR do?
Add testdata and fixtures directories to DS_EXCLUDED_PATHS, in order to remove the customization of the gemnasium-dependency_scanning job.
Unfortunately the default values of DS_EXCLUDED_PATHS need to be repeated. See Dependency-Scanning.gitlab-ci.yml.
