feat: optionally exclude poetry dev dependencies [gemnasium-python only]
What does this MR do?
This MR adds support for optionally including development dependencies in Poetry
projects. When DS_INCLUDE_DEV_DEPENDENCIES is set to false, any poetry.lock
dependencies with category = "dev" will not be included in the generated reports.
