Draft: Add task to resolve dependencies and generate HTML dependency report
What does this MR do?
Introduced resolvedHtmlDependencyReport in gemnasium-init.gradle to resolve all dependencies before generating HTML reports. Updated gradle.go to use the new task name for accurate dependency reporting.
