Enable vulnerabilities in Config module

This MR is created following @dsearles's suggestion in !64 (comment 698467782):

If you don't mind, let's do one at a time in order to cut down on the back and forth and possible updates having to be made to all 3 MRs. What do you think about doing them in the following order?

  1. Grammatical fixes of rule description metadata
  2. Enabling of new rules
  3. Passthrough of new ENV vars to the sobelow command
  1. !65 (merged) ✅
  2. This MR
  3. Pending
