What does this MR do?

Now that Switch to zulu-musl java (!211 - merged) • Adam Cohen • 17.5 has been merged, the image size has decreased from 1,123,654,524 bytes (1,071 MB) to 978,709,562 bytes (933 MB), so we can decrease the MAX_IMAGE_SIZE_MB value.
