Drop allow_failure from lint CI job

Lucas Charles requested to merge drop-allow_failure-for-golint-ci-job into master

This was needed previously since go-bindata was not golint compliant but has been fixed upstream with https://github.com/go-bindata/go-bindata/issues/36
