The source project of this merge request has been removed.

This is meant to be a permanent FREEZE branch for verifying the integrity of the vuln db checkout.

Once merged, I will fork to the name add-vuln-before-scan-FREEZE or some variation thereof.

Note: I chose to fork and then merge in as I didn't want to pollute the pipeline run lists with too many tests.
