Specify SAST_EXCLUDED_ANALYZERS

As part of gitlab-org/gitlab#290777 (closed), move away from SAST_DEFAULT_ANALYZERS and utilize SAST_EXCLUDED_ANALYZERS.

Need to specify SAST_EXCLUDED_ANALYZERS in .gitlab-ci.yml
