Add logging and deploying instructions to README

Huzaifa Iftikhar requested to merge huzaifaiftikhar1_update_readme into master
  1. Add instructions on logging to the Event table.
  2. Create a new release_patch task. We already had the create_new_patch task but it wasn't used with the overall deployment process.
  3. Ideally the deploy process should be done through our CI which is being tracked via issue #41.
