Remove review url expiration
What does this MR do and why?
This MR removes the condition to expire review app URLs in 1 day. Some of our MRs have been large and have had back and forth feedback so by that time, the URLs have stopped working. Just for convenience, we would like to keep these URLs for a longer period of time.
