1.  Add sample Java source code using the `OkHttpClient` library to access
    signatures.json.
2.  Separate code samples with horizontal rules to make each language
    more visually identifiable.
3.  Update 30 outdated dependencies to fix all known 3rd-party
    vulnerabilities.
