I think MIT, BSD or similar licenses don't really make sense as this package is very specific to Arch Linux, so just use the same license as pacman. Also add SPDX tags to each file that is considered a source file. Not sure if an additional "SPDX document" is required. For now emulate what the linux kernel does.
