Allwinner core changes for 4.12

A change to our MAINTAINERS entry to reflect the new git tree, and a select
in our KConfig option to enable the device frequency scaling.

Allwinner arm64 config changes for 4.12

Two patches to change our Kconfig option and add new options in the
defconfig.

Allwinner clock patches for 4.12

Support for the new H5 SoC and the PRCM block found in a number of SoCs as
well, plus the usual chunk of fixes and minor enhancements.

Allwinner DRM changes for 4.12

Not any functional changes, but a lot of preliminary rework in order to
support multiple display pipelines.

Allwinner fixes for 4.11, bis

Two fixes for the recent A33 cpufreq support, and one to fix a missing
register in the A64 USB PHY node.

Late GPIO fixes for v4.11:

We're dealing with ACPI issues here. The first is related to
wake IRQs on Bay Trail/Cherry Trail CPUs which are common in
laptops. The second is about proper probe deferral when reading
_CRS properties.
