Roles for packer, vagrant and yarn with molecule testing

Roles with updated meta/main.yml file to include all the fields mentioned in the comments, molecule coverage on more OS (tested on CentOS 8 and Ubuntu 18.04 which are mentioned in the meta/main. Molecule config includes debian and fedora as well. Refactored main.yml task to use ansible_os_family to be consistent with the other roles in the project
