Tested the software list against the installer role and fixed issues

@ProfessorManhattan, the installer role has been tested against the list of software. The github binary installation method is not replaced yet (which is why this PR is a draft). We need a way to use the Taskfile-gh method in this role, test it and then make necessary changes.
