Fix for the permission error in prepare role

Fixes #599 (closed).

@ProfessorManhattan, the prepare role did not appear complete. I've made the necessary changes now. Without these changes it was failing a regular Debian 10. This should now work on QubesOS also. Please test on QubesOS before merging.
