Updates to fix broken css from previous migration to bootstrap 5

Updated to the product analytics code

Added a new include Shortcode and updated the panel Shortcode.

Following the update to Doxy 7 the search script broke due to changes in Docsy 7.  This fixes the search functionality by taking the Docsy 7 offline-search script and amending it with updates to allow search by query string and so searches update the query string so they can be shared.

Additionally we fixed display issues of the Markdown guide as a result of the update to Docsy 7.

Fixes after the update to docsy 7

Updated the docsy base theme to version 7.0 with bootstrap 5.0 which came with breaking changes.  As a result we've gone from minor 0 to 1.  This update should fix issues with sites using this theme breaking as a result of the update to docsy.
