Improve migrations

Daniel Gerhardt requested to merge improve-migrations into master

The following improvements regarding data migration from v2 have been made:

  • Migration is once again enabled if migrate-from is set
  • Question Variant -> Content Group
  • Auth Provider and loginId handling for OIDC, SAML and anonymized profiles
  • Prefixes for Auth Providers are removed from loginId
  • Slide and Flashcard content formats are now supported and migrated
  • Support for content solution/hint property (only one of them, solution > hint)
