The "Ticket Management System with User Roles" is a Node.js web app that enables efficient ticket handling with distinct user roles. It uses JWT for secure authentication, integrates a user-friendly ticket submission form, and supports four roles: Admin, Manager, Employee, and Client.

Key Features:

User registration and login. Clients can create tickets with text, images, or videos. Multi-stage approval workflow: Employee, Manager, Admin. Feedback loop for disapproved tickets. Admins can view all ticket stages. Uses Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JWT, Multer, EJS, role-based access control, and notifications. Project Goals:

Create a secure and efficient ticket management system that enhances communication, accountability, and workflow transparency. The system simplifies issue resolution, making it an ideal choice for customer support, project management, and more, while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards.
